Time takes away pain

How do i put this, time gives your pain a punch in the face a warning that it should not mess with you, consider bullying? The bully has a lot of friends right then those friends part from him because of his actions, and until he really changes he wont get them back. Time also helps pain to get back on there feet and to become a kinder person some people firmly believe that anyone can change i am one of those people. People like bully's should be able to change because i think everyone deserves a another chance, its really how the person thinks of it, they have the ability to be a better person they just need to take it.
