Trying to stay happy.

I have had a pretty hard time staying focused i've been stressed and mostly making my life seem all negative. the real thing i need to do is find some more calming methods to help my self. i have a link that really helps if you want to start to meditate https://www.calm.com/meditate it sometimes helps me with negative feelings. i don't know I'm having  depressing,anxious,negative feelings lately and thats the only thing i wanted to talk about.
